Subscription Terms

At KittySpout, our goal is to help your cat keep access to fresh, clean water without the extra step of placing repeat orders. When you purchase a subscription, including Filter Replacement Plans, you accept the terms and conditions below.

1. Automatic Renewal & “Continuous Authority”

When you choose a subscription option during checkout, you confirm and agree that:

  • Recurring Charge: You permit KittySpout to automatically bill your payment method at the interval selected in your order, such as every 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, without needing your advance approval for every recurring payment, until you cancel.

  • Price: You will be billed the checkout price shown for your chosen plan. When applicable, shipping and taxes will be added to each renewal order.

  • Notification: For yearly or semi-yearly subscriptions, we will send a billing reminder by email 3 to 7 days before your renewal payment is processed, so you have time to make changes or cancel if necessary.

2. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription whenever you choose. To avoid being charged for another renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

There are two simple ways to cancel:

  1. Customer Portal (Recommended): Sign in to your KittySpout Account. Go to “Manage Subscriptions” and choose “Cancel Subscription.” This action is handled right away.

  2. Email Support: You can also contact us at kittyspoutwaterfountain@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to complete email requests.

Liability: You remain responsible for any charges made before your cancellation becomes effective. Canceling a subscription stops future charges, but it does not automatically refund renewal orders that have already been processed.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Renewal orders are prepared and shipped automatically once payment is successfully completed.

  • Address Changes: It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address current in the Customer Portal.

  • Processing Time: After a renewal payment is approved, your order moves into our fulfillment queue immediately. If an address needs to be updated, please make the change before the renewal date.

4. Refunds on Renewal Orders

  • Before Shipment: If you have been charged and want to cancel before receiving a shipping notification, contact support as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to void the order and provide a full refund, though this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been sent to our fulfillment partners.

  • After Shipment: If your renewal order has already been shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies. You may need to return the unopened product to qualify for a refund.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment method does not go through, such as because of an expired card or insufficient funds, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription shipment may be paused. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if the payment cannot be successfully processed.

6. Changes to Terms or Pricing

KittySpout may revise these subscription terms at any time, including shipping rates or product pricing.

  • Notice: If a material change is made to your subscription, such as a price increase, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

  • Consent: Continued use of the subscription service after that notice means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new terms begin.
