Orders require 1-2 business days to be processed after confirmation, no matter which shipping option is chosen at checkout. We ship from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders do NOT ship the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (for instance, if you order on Monday, your order should leave on Tuesday or Wednesday). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for that shipping confirmation e-mail to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Please note that incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unverified order details, may add another 1-2 business days to processing. We recommend that every customer carefully checks their shipping and billing information before checkout so any possible delays can be avoided.
Your package may or may not need a signature. Most parcels are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, but the delivery courier decides whether the package can safely be left outside. If it is considered unsafe, they may hold the parcel at a local post office or arrange another delivery. We suggest using a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to receive the package, such as a work address or a friend’s address.

You will get a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address used at checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. A second e-mail will be sent once your order ships, including your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If there is an issue with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for tracking details to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be delivered. Please contact us after the estimated delivery window at kittyspoutwaterfountain@gmail.com
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees requested by their local Customs authority. These charges are paid to the local carrier or government, are not collected by KittySpout, and therefore cannot be refunded.
International packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means these fees are not included in the product price shown on our website. All applicable charges must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel. Since we cannot advise the amount of these possible fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for the relevant charges and rates on a package arriving from outside your country.
WRONG ADDRESS DELIVERY
The buyer is responsible for making sure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a very small window to cancel/change your order or update your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please e-mail us at kittyspoutwaterfountain@gmail.com as soon as your order is placed. We will do our best to make the update, but we cannot guarantee it, as there are different time limits for when changes are still possible.
If it is too late for our team to update your order, the only option is to wait and see whether the package is returned to us. If it does arrive back at our warehouse, we can then send it to the correct address or issue you a full refund.
REFUNDS
By placing an order with KittySpout, you are responsible for the return shipping cost back to KittySpout. Please see our refunds & exchange policy for more information about how to refund your orders.
PO BOXES
We currently do not offer shipping or delivery to PO Boxes.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & SANCTIONED REGIONS
Because of international sanctions and service provider restrictions, we do not fulfill orders, provide services, or ship (directly or indirectly) to the following countries and regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations will be automatically canceled.
